PMS Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Property Management System, aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data to improve community engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Community, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance, to understand their needs and incorporate them into the PMS roadmap.
Product Development and Roadmap
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the PMS, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights.
- Continuously iterate and improve the PMS based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize data analytics to measure the success of PMS features and drive data-driven decision making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities to enhance the PMS.
Integration and Implementation
- Collaborate with external software vendors and internal IT teams to integrate the PMS with other systems and tools.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the PMS across all locations, providing necessary training and support to the location teams.
- Oversee the performance of the PMS and address any technical issues in a timely manner.
