ABOUT THE ROLE

Keep the café consistently clean, organized, and business-ready
Cover various shifts (morning, evening, weekend) to serve breakfast, drinks, and snacks
Collaborate with the Community Manager and Venue Sales Manager to facilitate smooth event operations
Maintain and replenish vending machines to keep them appealing
Stay up to date on all health and safety policies
Support reception duties and utilize company software to ensure seamless operations (check-ins, key encoding, guest assistance, etc.)

Your profile

You already have experience in the F&B area or similar
You also believe that a good coffee can make the difference in any day
You love coffee and food and always want to try new trends
You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a big plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face
You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality
You are available for morning shifts starting at 6.30 am as well as weekend shifts
