• Ensure the Café is always clean, tidy and ready for business
• Cover shifts in the Café, serving breakfast, drinks and snacks
• Be friendly towards all customers and show an interest in the community
• Work with the Community Manager and the Venue Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of events taking place
• Ensure that the vending machines and “Späti” Shelves are filled and look yummy
• Ensure you are up to date on all health & safety policies
• Supporting the Marketing Team with Social Media Content
• Computer tasks such as digitalization, researching, reporting, inventory, posters, among others
• Reception tasks and usage of company's software to ensure the smooth running of the operations (Check-ins, key encoding, guest support during their stay at the hotel, among others).  

• You already have experience in the F&B area. Or not. Convince us that you are a host at heart. You also believe that a good coffee can make the difference in any day. 
• You love coffee and food and always want to try new trends
• You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face.
• You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality.
