- Ensure the Café is always clean, tidy and ready for business
- Cover shifts in the Café, serving breakfast, drinks and snacks
- Be friendly towards all customers and show an interest in the community
- Work with the Community Manager and the Venue Sales Manager to ensure the smooth running of events taking place
- Ensure that the vending machines and “Späti” Shelves are filled and look yummy
- Ensure you are up to date on all health & safety policies
- Supporting the Marketing Team with Social Media Content
- Computer tasks such as digitalization, researching, reporting, inventory, posters, among others
- Reception tasks and usage of company's software to ensure the smooth running of the operations (Check-ins, key encoding, guest support during their stay at the hotel, among others).
